Hon. Kenneth Adjei served as Ghana’s Deputy Minister of Defense having been appointed by H.E. John Dramani Mahama from 2012 to 2017. Kenneth has a passion for creating systems that foster an unwavering commitment to creating a safer world. Born on September 20th, 1978, Hon. Kenneth obtained a Master of Arts in Peace, Security and Intelligence Management from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) in 2022.
Hon. Kenneth has spent a considerable amount of time over the past eight years in spearheading research in defense strategies that significantly weakens terrorist organization’s capabilities.
Hon. Kenneth’s experience in the financial sector and insurance services has provided him with expertise in risk management and strategic planning. He has an Executive MBA in Marketing from the prestigious University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA).
Hon. Kenneth is dedicated to nurturing a comprehensive infrastructure framework, enhancing community development partnerships, and ensuring Ghana’s Works, Housing and Water Resources remain a top priority. He prioritizes sustainable development and is committed to modernizing the country’s water treatment and supply systems while addressing the challenges posed by climate change and urbanization.
Hon. Kenneth is a proud old student of Opoku Ware School and hails from Trede, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

DEPUTY MINISTER
Deputy Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources
Hon. (Mrs.) Gizella Tetteh – Agbotui, NDC Member of Parliament, Awutu Senya West and Deputy Minister Designate for Works, Housing and Water Resources.
Hon. (Mrs.) Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui is the Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West constituency in the Central region of Ghana on the ticket of the NDC in the 9th Parliament of Ghana and a Deputy Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources. She was the Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West and served on Appointments committee, Works and Housing committee, Energy committee and Deputy Ranking for Office for profit committee in the 8th Parliament of Ghana.
She is an Architect with over 28 years’ experience in Architecture, Construction and the Real Estate sectors; a passionate, focused individual driven by a desire for value, impact, compliance and positive results in all sectors she has been involved with.
Her blend of qualifications includes;
International Airport Professional (IAP), 2017;
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), 2008,
MBA (Marketing option), University of Ghana Business School, 2007,
Associate member of the Ghana Institute of Architects, 1999,
Member of Architects Registration Council, 1999.

Over the past 28 years she has worked with Amalgamated group in Kumasi, Environ 4, Akuffo and Associates, Goldkey properties all in Accra and Zella Architects in Tema, in the housing, education, industrial, recreation and civic sectors. She was an instructor for the Professional Practice Exams (PPE) held by the Architects Registration Council from 2011 – 2020.
Gizella has very rich experience in Corporate Governance in both public and private organizations. She served two terms on the Council of the Ghana Institute of Architects (2000, 2002, 2006-2008), the Boards of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (2009-2013) and Ghana Airports Company Ltd (2013-2016), Zoomlion Ghana Ltd (2015-2020) and Angels Specialist School International (2017-2018).
She also served as the Chair of the Awutu Senya District works sub- committee and an Assembly member (Government Appointee) of the Awutu Senya district (2015- 2017).
Gizella has chaired the Boards of Sewage Systems Ghana Ltd and Sino Africa Development Company from 2016-2018, and was an advisory Board member of the Environmental & Sanitation group under the Jospong Group.
Gizella is passionate about Women in leadership, Women in Politics, Aviation, Environmental and sustainability issues, Corporate governance, Policy formulation in Infrastructure, Mentoring, Volunteering and Philanthropic work.
She is married to Mr. Selorm Agbotui with two lovely daughters; Arlene and Annalise Agbotui.
