The sector Minister, Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, met with management after assuming office as the new Minister for Works, Housing, and Water Resources.
The meeting was to among other things conduct a formal introduction and also lay down the Minister’s vision for the Sector.
In his remarks, the Minister called for support as he begins his efforts to achieve the vision of H.E. the President of the Republic of Ghana. He urged management to bring to bear their expertise to enhance the performance of the Works, Housing, and Water Resources sectors.
He also expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome he received.
The Chief Director, Rev. Stephen Yaw Osei, on behalf of the management team, pledged their unwavering support towards achieving the President’s vision for the sector.
In the coming days, the sector Minister will have similar meetings with Heads of Departments and Agencies, as well as other key stakeholders within the Ministry.
